Depends. Low key I feel like it’s an angle on Roc because people are gonna consider Surf the leader more than likely. Well, I guess it can work both seats depending on who the person is battling. If they’re battling Surf they’ll say “You under Roc” and if they battle Roc they gonna say “Surf took over your whole crew”
