But it appears he committed suicide..instead of fighting it or trying to clear his name..so that seems like an admission of guilt

I can't think of anything other than suicide. if Tech was killed we would've known by now I think. And well if it's suicide then I mean, nothing else you could really say. I doubt someone would commit suicide if they were innocent, I'd like to think that Tech would've fought to clear his name

But then again you're not a battle rapper and a public figure living in the social media era. I can see Tech checking out just off the strength of the accusations and the automatic presumption of guilt in the court of public opinion.

There is a point here. Unless the charges were proven to be blatant falsehoods, what kind of life would he have left? We'll see though...

also you need physical evidence to charge someone with child pornography so that already looks pretty bad

We really don't know. There are a few things that stand out to me.
1. In the charges against him, it never said he touched her. (So it would basically be his word versus hers).
2. Child porn that was supposedly on his computer (this is key, if this is true it shows his attraction to underage women).
3. If he committed suicide (it's not definite proof of guilt, but many people will take it that way)

When I put these 3 things together, I'm leaning to him being guilty, but I still really don't know.
