Anytiime Debo or female battlers try to say they deserve consideration for COTY, they just look stupid. QOTR & female battle rap has been trash for 4 years now. They are living in the past.
It's not really difficult to understand. If a female emcee either beat or had debatables with a 40 Barrs/Jaz/Ms Hustle all in the same year, they would get consideration. That's not happening.

Aye look, I’m from DC and I’m all for the local talent bubbling out here, but I’ll admit that I wasn’t as high on some of the dudes from here that URL was giving looks to, but I’m coming around on a lot of these dudes (like Drugz), and some of the new talent from this way are CRAZY.
Case in point:
^This nikka is fire. The Goonies in general are looking like a much stronger team to with Ace coming, Quban coming, Drugz stepping up, Jack Boy ascending etc.

The battlers here are stepping up. A few years ago Chicken Bob was a skinny drunk guy named chicken bob, now he linked up with CGBL and is improving steady and quickly
CBG linked with Battle Academy and is doing a Philly vs DC event in April in I think Ft Washington. That’s ace’s home league so they’re bout to get a nice bump
Funeral Fame, Fuse, Ace, Murdock, Free Murda we’re all either battling in Richmond or were there I think. It’s a real movement now, goonies kicked the door in but plenty dudes rushing in
