I agree Hitman/Suge lost some steam, but its still one of he best match ups for a SM stage. Once they play that SM music on the trailer & these 2 nyggas cut a promo, the hype is back on.

It would be nice if they also brought back the in studio series.

I think the way the URL hyped up Rookies vs Vets was perfect. If they built up SM6 the way the built up Rookies vs Vets, the hype is back on.

If there really is no Nome, I would like to see SM built up properly. They have been half assing it with a long weak ass 15 minute uninspired trailer the last couple of years now.

I think that what I'm running into is a case of buying in. I don't fully feel like this is a true grudge match. I guess none of the shyt flying back and forth between Shine and Rex seems like genuine animosity to me.

Hitman/Sug just kind of went away and my interest went with it. I'm not the biggest fan of either dude so I rely on the buildup and hype to grow my own anticipation. I'm sure URL would do an A1 job of selling that battle though, and one good faceoff would get me interested.

Anyway, all ya'll make decent points in that a match with a story backdrop can be quite more interesting than a random matchup. I'll be glad if my lack of enthusiasm is proven wrong.
