So let's not be so quick to blame the battlers, I'd bet that Eurgh didn't refund anyone who went to the event.

Some of these guys (DNA, Verb) are trying to take every dollar available to them, so they take these types of battles when they are convenient. These battlers know which battles affect their standing, and which ones don't. Don't Flop battles can't really lower your stock. But Don't Flop does good views, so if you do well the battle might be highly viewed. If you don't, no one will talk about it.
