There's not enough money to get Kiss and Styles to battle. But really I don't think Kiss puts the type of effort into his performances that these battle rappers do. Not to sound corny, but 2 on 2's require some level of choreography, they may not be with all that.

I have no desire to break down the thought process of why the URL isn't "blocking" the UDubb battle. In fact, if this 2v2 battle was on Ballgame battle league, I don't think the URL would block it. 2v2 doesn't really hurt their investment as much as the individual battles do.
Some of you guys look at it too emotionally as opposed to the business reasons behind it. Remember, these guys are under contract & exclusive to the URL.
It is a possibility they found a way to work around it like DNA did. DNA's whole motivation for the 2v2 was money. He's signed to EBL, however he has flexbility. Most of his 2015 was spend doing 2v2, one round battles, with some 3 rounds battles that im sure where worked out.

Anyone notice this? Clips gets on Wild N Out and now Hitman all of a sudden is interested in battles again 
But if it means i can get 2-3 hitman battles this year
Hitman vs Suge and Roc are both SM headliner battles. Hitman still has a couple HUGE battles left.

Seems like Surf is mad about Chris's (If thats who he's talking about) Gas comment more than the fight.
I kinda get it, cuz It looks like its gonna get to a point where no matter how good your round is, People are gonna come out the woodwork and say its all Gas.
