@theflyest has been coming at K-Shine and his strange "behavior" for awhile. He just fell back a little when Shine had a run of good battles.
I figured someone would bring this up.
This is what I was referring to when I said I could pick apart every line, because my posting history says otherwise. It would just result in a novel, which would not accomplish anything.
From his point of view, it comes down towards me being bias towards ny/eastcoast. When the eastcoast does fukkery, I do not demand the entire eastcoast/ny to be banned from battle rap.
I use analogy at times, because some people need one to really understand. What if I said all white people need to be banned from hiphop music (no I don't really believe all white people should be banned from hiphop)? Someone comes along & says why don't you call for blacks to be banned? They also bring a lot of nonsense to hiphop music (which would most likely be a Caucasian poster). I respond in saying that hiphop is a "black artform" & there is no benefit for blacks to be banned from hiphop. Yes, there is nonsense, but there is some balance. The Caucasian poster responds in saying hiphop is for everyone & it is not a black culture (viewing it as an even playing field). I respond in saying the entire blueprint for hiphop & most of the contributions come from black people. Why would I demand for black people to be banned from hiphop? Ultimately, this argument would get no where, because from the Caucasian posters point of view, hiphop is for all people to enjoy & views it as everyone contributing.
It may not be the best analogy, but it works.
Why would I call the eastcoast/ny to be banned from battle rap when the format we watch was invented on the eastcoast? Does the eastcoast have its share of nonsense? Of course, but would it really benefit battle rap if the eastcoast was banned from battle rap? Not really, it would not make much sense & the eastcoast brings a lot of positive things along with the nonsense. The majority of the content comes from the eastcoast. The big events are on the eastcoast. Now, from Ronnie Devoe's point of view, him being from the westcoast, he probably views it all as the same. The eastcoast & the westcoast are exactly the same. It's like you will have myers/daylyt/verb complaining when things aren't on an even playing field, sometimes forgetting that they are jumping into an eastcoast oriented sport at the end of the day.
From my point of view, I think it would be great if the entire westcoast left battle rap. Ultimately, we agree to disagree.
Based on what STL is bringing right now, yes, all of those guys can just go away.
I changed my stance on Philly, simply to "past legends," doesn't matter from where. Reed, cyssero, lady luck, jae millz (demanding 100k), etc. The born legacy footage will dictate how I go about this. If Reed & Cyssero are spitting like it's '03, its
