Thats always been the dumbest shyt with bootlegging bro
nikkas act like if it wasn't bootlegged, 100% of those people who watched the bootleg, would've have purchased the PPV instead. Out of the 4,000 people who saw the bootleg, if the bootleg didn't exist, maybe 100 would've bought the PPV and that's being generous.
Doesn't matter. The law is the law. If 4k people cared enough to tune in, THEORECTICALLY, they ALL could have bought it. If I'm ARP, I want my 300K. Also, if the offender has ANYTHING to do with URL, it could sway the existing lawsuit. ARP would be retarded to not take advantage.Yea it's a silly premise. Anything ppv gets bootlegged. Url doesn't own caffeine. Caffeine is no different then someone live streaming on twitch periscope or even youtube. No one goes after them because the case is just too difficult to prove who even is behind it and before it's said and done you end up spending more on litigation than you will ever receiving compensation from whoever bootlegged who more than likely will be someone with no money anyway. And all Caffeine will have to do, to remove themselves from liability is disable that particular account which I think is already done. This is just the way ppv business goes.
BTW I paid 75 dollars for that shyt. I'm not happy smh.
URL cheerleader nikkas
