Diz hinted this on angryfan a couple of months back. I figured it was this battle since Bigg K is on both cards (botb/max out). He just never went into detail

This is why battlers gotta be ranked. Bigg K is most likely going to beat Yung Ill.
This goes back to what I was saying. COTY is not based on strength of schedule. I’ll admit there has to be some credit for showing up on the big cards. I just think names like Rex and Yung Ill should hurt your strength of schedule.
