Their situations are way different. Hitman is a cast member on a hit TV show, and also has the option to come back whenever he wants and get a big bag on Chrome and RBE

Shine is under contract to complete his obligation to Smack, until then, he can't battle on either league, I would assume. And even if he does, he won't be getting yearly salary type money like Hitman is getting for 1 battle. RBE and Chrome don't have enough events for Shine to sustain without URL.

I could have my timeline off, but I don’t think hitman was on tv yet when he was talking bout beating up smack on Twitter. But what I can see being tough is that technically he’s still under contract. Who would wanna deal with that rn

There’s way more to it than that. Just to keep it simple, Shine has received all of the money from his contract. Once he received all the money, there was no longer an incentive to complete the remaining battles on his contract, which I believe is 1 or 2 battles. Therefore, he’s trying to get out of doing those battles since he won’t be getting any more money.

He’s been trying to identify a “loophole” that is outdated.

You just can’t pay these nyggas upfront and expect it to go well.

Ahhh I got you. I thought you were referring to Hitman currently. That part you're correct on. But still, Hitman was still twice the draw Shine is even back then. While Shine is a big name, he's still nowhere near Hitman even in 2014, so the incentive probably won't be the same on Smack's end to bring him back. Not saying Shine doesn't bring Smack any money but probably not nearly what he thinks. There's probably like 5 battlers top that are draws. Even Mook can't get a million on a Bigg K battle that's been out for months. These guys aren't as big as they think they are on their own. It usually has to be right opponent, at the right time, on the right league for them to be revenue bringers.
