That may be the case. It may not be also. We shall see. If you are wrong we will revisit. If I’m wrong we will revisit. From what I’ve read I believe the max for a felon I’m possession is 10 years. Not the mandatory. We shall see though. If I’m wrong I’ll say that after sentencing. I won’t ask anyone else to do the same. I believe he’ll get sentenced to somewhere between 4 and a half to 6 years.
