Apparently Ez is saying he is out of the contract because he has fulfilled all the battles on it? He just has 2 years left on the contract. Doesnt owe battles or money.
Apparently the URL contract doesnt specifically say you cant battle on RBE etc. Just has wording that says you cant battle a URL rapper on another league in a 3 rounder or something like that.
Ez only didnt battle on RBE because he had a "verbal agreement" with URL not to.

Cliff Notes: He didnt ask for permission to battle Big T. He was gonna battle big T anyway, but T wanted it to go to URL because he is "doing bad". URL didnt want the battle. So that's how URL got involved in that. URL has very clear instructions on not battling a URL contracted person in another league, but that's it. Battlers are free to do w/e else. He had a verbal agreement with URL not to battle on RBE. Contractually, he owes no money to URL, and he fulfilled all battles required in the contract. The only thing he "owes" on his contract is time.
Listening to Ez explain everything, it doesnt seem like URL can do much. Contractually they cant stop him from pursuing battles on his own. They can't make him battle under URL, since he did all his required battles.
