Makes total sense to me. Most of these nikkas come off completely fake and corny, so I see how it can wear on you if you're not a complete scumbag.
Battlerap aint for everybody. You gotta have thick skin, in and outside the ring (same life period, but you cant just "quit' life though). Some nikkas are good at it and others are actually BUILT for it. Jey might be one of the former, talented but dont got the durability (Chess, Twork, Surf are in the same category but for a different reason). Its nikkas who been doing this for 12+ years and haven't complained/broke once.

I commend the positive support for Suge gettin his health in order, but all of that’s useless if it’s not rooted in truth and reality.
Humans store fat in different areas.
Men specifically usually store fat around their stomach.
So even if Suge wants his stomach to be flat.
All OTHER problem areas need to lose fat first before his stomach gets its turn.
Suge clearly still has large amounts of fat in his chest, back and some in his face. So before his body will focus on his stomach fat, he’d have to stick to it and wait for those first.
No matter how many stairsteps or targeted stomach exercises he does, the most developed abs would still be underneath a significant layer of fat, covered with excess skin that needs surgery to get rid of. His bodyfat percentage is still significantly too high to even think of a flat stomach in 6 weeks.
Realistically Suge would still have to stick to a significant time of
• heavy weight training to fill in his chest and arms.
• core training to even be able to do ab exercises right
• weighted ab exercise to develop them properly
• heavy leg workouts to support his weight and burn cals
• cardio here and there for his heart and to burn extra calories to help stay in a gradual caloric deficit
on TOP of drastically changing to a high-protein eating habit to even support and sustain the Lifestyle change
A whole year of full dedication and discipline would even be cutting it close realistically.
All this bein said, I’m proud of Suge’s progress so far.
It took dedication for him to get this far, I hope he sticks to it

i think it happens to a lot of people where they shyt the bed and it just looks like the drive is leaving em. If Shine ever said that loss to Chilla fukked him up, i'd believe it too. Hope he comes back tho since he was one of my faves... one of the few that could even get a crowd to wait on a punch with a setup that took more than 4 bars
nikka really just might have to do some more soul searching during/after quarantine
