Was a huge Batman fan. The 89 film. I remember when it dropped, It was a movement. Was everywhere that summer. When the trailer for Returns dropped, that was one of the dopest trailers I remember. Next to T2. shyt looked epic af.
So I went to see it right........and was just not feeling it. At all.....Didn't like the plot. Didn't like DeVitos Penguin I mean Burtons Penguin. Even Keaton bored me. I just had no interest in that movie. Michelle Pfeiffer was good. But not enough to save it. I've gone back to it but I can't even watch it all the way through.
I know it gets praised for its art direction and cinematography and all that. But I just don't like it. I don't find it entertaining in the least. I actually despise it
I hate forever and batman and Robin of course but Returns look so dope and just fell flat af to me.

I enjoyed Batman Forever as a kid and still do
It's got it's watchable moments, but I can't go pillar to post with it.
