Well superman I assume can prevent someone from even moving him by just standing in place. If he wants his mom to carry him or push him then fine. If he let's a bully push him around ok, but he could easily stand there and break someone's arm by them just trying to punch him. Man of steel right?

yeah but there is very little logic in comics. Its impossible for batman to master every martial art out there but he did all while getting high level education in many fields. And dude takes out multiple guys with automatic weapons a lot of times with his bare hands... . Superman himself is impossible and even if he were simply flexing his muscle let alone full effort would destroy large surrounding area as well as his speed. Its where i just turn my mind off and enjoy the fukkery.
