Just got out like 45 minutes ago.

GOAT comic movie. Just based on the sheer scale.

I know this debate will probably pop up soon enough, so I'll get it out of the way.

"The Dark Knight" is arguably a better over all movie. But as far as a pure comic book movie....this blows it out of the water.

I don't see this ever being topped unless DC does "Crisis On Infinite Earths" or Marvel does "Secret Wars". It would have to be something on that scale. The last hour is the nerdiest shyt you will ever see in your life, in a good way.

I got a couple complaints but I'll hold off on those until Monday or so, when we can openly discuss spoilers. And even the complaints I have....over all they tied this shyt up damn near perfectly. I got problems with the specifics but the over all package, how they capped off the last 22 or so movies....is incredible.

Agreed. Especially on the dark knight part. Yea nobody can touch ledgers performance. But this was the best comic book movie ever. They was able to include so many people and somehow make them all feel important. And that moment before the final war was special, you can’t just do that. The movie felt so complete like there didn’t need to be anything after

Just got back, good grief, Disney/Marvel/Russo did the damn thang!!! I have never seen our movie theater parking lot that packed before, I said fukk it and parked way in the back instead of trying to find a space close up. My theater room was empty until just before the movie started. I will give it an honest 8/10, it was very enjoyable and they tied in a lot. Got a little teary eyed here and there and heard hella folks sniffling so I know it hit them heavy on a few parts. I am definitely up for a 2nd viewing this weekend.

8.5/10. I really enjoyed it and I was impressed with a lot of the emotional beats. Yeah, dropped tears like 3 times. And this shy twas hilarious. Like over 80% of the humor worked. Just a comic book big event come to life. Just amazing. I got to see it again ASAP.

The first MCU I saw was Iron Man and it's fitting this was the end. I can still watch that movie and love it just like the first time.
