I get where you're coming from but the heroes always have to win, it would however be better to see them suffer some permanent losses. Even after watching 10 years worth of movies, It's still unreal to me that they managed to get people to care about The Avengers - mainly anchored around second tier characters - to the point that it stands a legit chance of ending up as the highest grossing movie of all time.
I remember picking up comics on the way to school two decades ago and being
that they'd sold out of X-Men at the newsagents I would cop from, and so I grudgingly picked up this issue
