Everyone around Ash does end up dying . At least he got to go out as a hero. I didn't know if they would go there considering he's been a part of the team since the beginning. On this show you never know though, and maybe he comes back somehow.

Tonight's episode reinforced my belief the show has some of the best physical comedy on TV today.

That whole scene with Ash in the kitchen trying to get rid of the demon inside of him

I still haven't gotten around to watching the original movies, so I didn't recognize Henrietta or the Professor but it looks like his plan to save Pablo isn't going well

Ash slapping Henrietta while she was chained up though

That Velma from Scooby Doo looking chick the Professor tricked

Season finale next week.

Just finished watching the season finale

Despite Baal's trickery, the core trio is all back together and old Ruby is back in the present with them somehow

Ash somehow drowning his dad in the bathtub

His dad, friend, sister appearing as Force ghosts at the end

Overall, I enjoyed season 2. It started out a little slow, but these last few episodes wound up being some of the best of the season. No show on TV, does gross, bloody, horror comedy like Ash vs. Evil Dead.

I swore that the Ash Appreciation Day festivities were going to end up being some evil hallucination or something but I am glad it didn't end up that way. I like the idea that Ash thinks everything is over yet again and when he least expects it that damn book and Ruby will pop up to shyt all over his life.

I also read that the show had a different twist ending for this episode:

After beating Ruby and Baal in the past, Ash was going to sneak away to his hometown to see his dad and sister alive again but on his way he stops off at a bar where he meets a woman who he ends up banging and it turns out that the woman was Kelly's mom, she got pregnant from her one night stand with Ash and Ash is Kelly's dad.

It's a great show but it sucks it's on Starz. Netflix should pick it up

I think HBO would think its too "low class" for them. Maybe they'd play it after midnight on Cinemax.
