Not at all breh..it was all building to that moment and there was a lot of character stuff done. light on action but the whole season was building to Oliver trying to figure out how he could truly make a difference in his city and there was really only one option: become the new Ra's and it took him a while to wrestle with that but he eventually got there.
breh no one died, this just felt like a filler episode.
Low on action, but high on character development. Which was pretty much the season as a whole. It wasn't as flashy and epic as season 2. But every character took a step forward in some way.
