you don't have to pin tren everyday. So I'll keep it real with you. It's so many dosage protocols out there that you are better off trying to see what works best for you. It's people who pin daily, every other day, twice a week, and weekly. And all have varying levels of success and side effects. Basically you will end up doing what works best for you. My main side effect from tren is insomnia and shytty cardio thats why I have to use cardarine.

Do you think an 8 week Test E solo cycle is long enough or should it be 10-12 weeks

you asked this a few days ago I guess I haven't been really active. You didn't explain how much. I run 125mg just my basic dosage. If this is your first cycle you can make some good gains on 250mg a week. I just wouldn't recommend going over 500mg a week yet.

Y’all think the same way nikkas that are predisposed to be bald when they get on gear is what happens with the acne? Cuz I’m thinking even as a teenager I only had pimples on my face maybe 1-2 times a year, they didn’t stay long, and weren’t that nasty:patrice:not tryna light up like some cac kid in a 90s high school sitcom:patrice:

Switching to PHUL tomorrow. Didn’t wanna be in the gym 4 days a week due to it being crowded and dumb as it it but I’m likely to be getting a membership at Golds soon. shyt seems better than GZCLP for aesthetic purposes and imma be on #serum for the duration so recovery ain’t a worry to me. What split you rocking @NatiboyB @Luken @The ADD

I do full body 3 days a week (3x10, 5x5, 3x15) with 2 dedicated cardio days (LISS/Interval)

I mean you could do a 5/6 day split since the main thing is to tear down muscle fibers and pump blood…I’ve done splits and all of that I just prefer full bodies and after that I like push pull legs.

in all honesty just so what what you like to do unless you are trying to get into BB or strength competitions
