I used the pro hormone for two weeks I put on 8 pounds of muscle in that time I messed up and misplaced the bottle last weekend and just found it this morning so I’ve been taking my PCT all week to maintain what I have gained Is it smart to jump back on the pro hormone or should I PCT for the rest of the month then finish the last two weeks of the pro hormone?
Finish the bottle a missed week is okay

Cats like him juice and take supps but still look shytty cuz they have no discipline with their diet or sleeping habits.
You damn right, plenty of them in the gym. I know a few personally, they look like stereotypical tow truck drivers or got guts hanging over their weight belts. Many use tons of compounds for years on end, some look okay in clothes, but have never had abs.

One of my friends has a costco jar of peanut m&m's in his cabinet eating handfuls :mjlol: I was like what are you doing :gucci:




Most of the people that I know on vitamin s at this point are on the opposite end of the spectrum, regimented, compete, etc.


Some just workout to eat what they want so they don't get sloppy, I don't fault them if they do that naturally because they won't even do bloodwork :hubie:

Right on to @NatiboyB for Masteron recommendation.

@Waterproof I'm ready to take it to the next level and get some Tren.

They have a Tren, Test, Mast 50mg stack I might jump on just to test it out.
That's a cutting cycle..
How many cycles you got under your belt

And make sure you run Test Prop with the masteron and Test

That's a dope cycle, you going to get shredded and lean

That's my next goal to lean out and lose the extra water weight you gain on cycle. This was my 2nd cycle and I gained 15 pounds with 10 pounds of pure muscle.

I don't see myself slowing down anytime soon.

Haven’t read through the thread, so sorry if this has been answered. But what’s the deal with SARMS? It’s it something you can cycle for a few months, go off of and still keep your gains?

I been lifting for over a year now, but I’m thinking at the start of next year to try something that’ll give me a lil extra boost. I ain’t competing or trying to get huge huge.

How do brehs find their sources? I'm curious about running a short beginner cycle of Test. C (w/ the appropriate regimen) but w/out knowing good sources that shyt is a no go for me.

Also, thoughts on cutting and bulking within the same cycle? I'm at ~12% bf (11% according to my omron?) but abs aren't where i want them to be yet. very close. Think i could get there w/ like 2 more weeks of strict dieting, but kind of at the floor of where I wanna be weight-wise - afraid of losing gains beyond what I have.

Anyone on sarms got dry joints? I just started a rad 140, ostarine, yk 11 stack and my lower back tight as fukk. It’s like the tendon is throbbing
