got damn brehs i hate liz so much sometimes. she just so damn ruthless :mjlol: how many more lives will you ruin/end you demon :damn:

Loved the episode.....The scenes with Elizabeth looking for something to use as leverage to essentially destroy his life,( and finding evidence that this man is basically how he appears, no hidden secrets, so she has to compromise him) and her friends were really good, and the ending scenes are just hard to watch, Elizabeth is the more chilling manipulator of the two, and whether she's attending AA meetings with a broken down alcoholic to gain her trust, before cutting her open with the bottle that destroyed her, or drugging a naive, but kind and well intentioned cog in a machine, it's always disturbing. The 'Morning After' scenes were esp. tinged with dread, discomfort, paranoia, and regret. And yeah, Tim's going sooner or later.

Interesting perspective that Elizabeth is hiding so many secrets, so much dark, horrific shyt in her closets, she is probably somewhat contemptuous, curious, and empathetic towards those who are innocents..
lol :wow: i love your breakdowns

I thought the episode was solid. Not much happened, but it builds up for future episodes. The Liz/Don scene was :demonic:. What other show would write something like that? Liz is truly for the cause. She is willing to hurt a friend and someone she cares about for Russia. Meanwhile Phil did everything in his power to protect someone he had become close with and cared about.

No Whammies!!
I remember watching "The Day After" live. The clips they showed on The Americans edited out the scenes where you saw the blast turn people into skeletons before vaporizing them.

That gave me nightmares for years.

Lets be honest brehs, that was a boring fukking episode, and after she discovered the porn tapes it became obvious how she was going to have to get to him. Yes, yes overall this has been a wonderful show, but some of you always seem hesitant to call this show out on anything. The thought last week was they gave us the time jump to avoid this type of episode yet we got this episode anyway. Currently there isn't any real story line going, we haven't even met Stans boss, just heard mention of him. The William shyt is boring, this Korean story line is boring. I thought they mended the Pastor Tim shyt way to soon, should have been constant turmoil all season long.

episode description for tonight:

A discretion from Paige's past resurfaces and threatens to destroy the family, which sparks chaos for Philip and Elizabeth and forces Paige to reevaluate who her parents really are.

I figured they'd space out the pastor missing for a lot longer than one episode. I guess this was the bottle episode of the season.

Nice to see 70s Phil again and the CIA's daughter. There was really no point to it, other than to bring emotions into Gad's death, but at least they closed that arc...

This dude Pastor Tim running out of gas and getting lost. Almost had Alice blow up Phil and Liz's spot :martin:. I love how every time they are talking to Paige about Russian stuff, Henry has to be playing videogames, listening to his walkman, or loudly throwing a tennis ball in the garage :skip:. When Paige asked when they were going to tell Henry, already have one Chatty Patty in the house, sure as hell don't need two :dame:.

I wonder what plans the KGB had for Gaad :jbhmm:. Him running right through the door though :snoop:

My comrade Oleg putting that work on Tatiana :win:, got her moaning and panting now. Sharing secrets about her job.

Last season we really started to see Phillip begin to break with the stress of the job, now it is getting to Elizabeth. Despite her stern face while listening to Young-Hee's message, you know on the inside she was :mjcry:.

Nice seeing Kinky Kimmie make an appearance as well :ehh:

Though it's taken 4 seasons for Liz to start breaking, I'm not sure I buy Young Hee's friendship being her breaking point :ld: the family's been through a lot though, so from that point of view I get her starting to put her personal stuff above the cause.

Paige going :whoa: :dahell: at Phil and Liz telling her they might just have to go back to Russia was really well done. Man, I thought no one was going to surpass Sally Draper in the fukked up childhood that would lead to her having a shytty adult life department, but Paige might take the cake.

I love Arkady always going :snoop: at the soviets fukk ups. Dude had the :merchant: face reading about Gaad.
