You can even make out a bunch of the groups Luffy's allied to in that third prophecy image. There's mermaids (fishmen island), samurai (wano), Oni (I assume elbaf), animal people (zou), and winged people (skypiea) with Nika Nika leading the way.

Also, between the first war and second war, it kinda looks like Enel's flying ship (Maxim) complete with a thunderbolt flying off it. There's so many potential easter eggs.

It was finally confirmed that the mysterious man was Scopper Gaban of the Roger Pirates and they call him the left hand of the Pirate King who's equal to Roger and Rayleigh. That bodes well for a certain dynamic, especially since he's called the "Minister of Love" too.

He's the partner of Ripley and Colon's father.
