This Cedric vs Buddy Murphy match was mesmerizing, y'all need to check it out

@Jmare007 it might be a lil spotty for your tastes, but man it was fun. Buddy Murphy's real destiny is to be the top gaijin in New Japan someday, fukk Will O'Spreay or whatever the fukk his name is:wow:

Throw me a link and I'll give it a watch :ehh:

Any context I need to know? I haven't seen a single 205 episode, ever. The only cruiserweight stuff I saw since it started was the CWC :heh:

None, it's just a really fun match. I've watched 205 Live a handful of times since it debuted, and this was probably my favourite match besides the first Cedric vs Mustafa Ali match and Buddy Murphy vs Kalisto. There's some fun matches here and there, no characters though so it feels pretty dry. They turned Drew Gulak into another generic heel for no reason.

Haven't watched in a while but seems like they completely removed everything that made Jack Gallaher stand out.

There are no characters on this show anymore

Everyone’s character is just as bland as the characters on the main show.

This week was a dope show from beginning to end. They’ve had the matches down, this week everything had meaningful storyline progression.

- The 6 man feud with Gulak on commentary has made for some good as TV.

- For the first time I’m actually invested in TJP’s character arc. His promo while whooping the cowboy brehs ass was straight comedy!

- The main event scene has created a shytload of possibilities. I’m keen for a 4 way feud for the strap, if that is what they’re going with.

Lastly, the Lio vignette was exactly what it should be. Giving each new character a chance to establish themselves before bringing in the next is perfect - It feels like a big deal.

I really like Ali but his finishing sequences in matches he wins always sucks. It's either he takes absurd beating and then scores a roll up or hits one move that conviently gets a guy in position for the 054. I don't like the idea of a top rope move being some flash insta death finisher at all.
