The Pre Ceremony categories have been revealed



Of the nine categories that will be featured on the televised broadcast Best Rap Album is amongst them, unlike last year.

That bodes bad for my personal pick The Auditorium and looks GREAT for a potential Doechii win since she’s performing.

Still got my fingers crossed for Common & Pete Rock!

It also is a good omen for Kendrick winning in the general field since Best Rap Song and Best Rap Performance will not be televised. Since 2016 every time Kendrick’s been nominated he’s won something and at least one of his wins have been televised.

Non rap wise it's basically Sabrina Chappell Roam for the throne. Personally I think Roan wins that. I'm not even a fan but yea...Good Luck Babe is a perfect song. You could have told me it's an unreleased song from 1984 and I'd believe you. And for what it's worth the Grammy voter I know said she thinks Roan wins this too so we'll see.

Rap wise I can't call it. Kendrick gonna win at least one. Rap AOTY prob gonna be Em or Doechii but I obviously hope Common/Pete Rock take that.

That album was mid and made very little impact. This is one instance where numbers do lie.

She released like 35 versions of the same album with minor changes and her dumb ass stans kept buying it.
