I’m all for kids getting choices but it should be a mandatory 2 year contract with a school, for entering freshmen, that will force kids to stop signing to a school just cuz, because you like ill take a check and see where i stack, oooo ok well you bout to eat 2 years to sit on a bench instead you could be some where starting
Every coach gets paid 5 million, the more you don’t hit a threshold for your teams honest win total you lose a few 100 grand, but if you exceed expectations then you earn a few hundred grand
Regionality is cool but let’s keep it a thou-wow no one really cared outside an occasional upset if cal or wash st or bc or Pitt wins and most of them schools were never going to win anything
There needs to be more things in place to help bottom tier p5 schools get better (like they get more money, allowed more visits and scholarships etc). But they also need to be penalized to put a pep in they step to get better like if you finish in the bottom 5, 3 years in a row you gotta give money back to the conference, do it 5 years in a row you don’t get any contract money
