Nah I think Kerley being on his hip had him redlining early, his form started to give and we know Lyles close like a freight train.. Thompson had it but the inexperience cost him that little bit and thats all Lyles needed..

It's very simple, if you have a subpar start against Noah and he has a decent start, he's catching you. It's only a matter of when, not if, because of his top end speed. He's able to tap into it a lot quicker than he did earlier in his career. Props to him for training on that 60m so much lately.

Well Usain Bolt was no Jesse Owens. Bolt ran out of starting blocks on a specially designed track using specially designed shoes. Owens ran in football cleats on cinders and ash and he didn't have starting blocks. Owens was ridiculously fast.

I’m pretty sure some scientist did the models and owens would’ve been stride for stride with bolt if they ran on the same surface that’s not even accounting for the starting blocks I think
