Cuz those guys played in Copa. Morocco didn't have any international duty besides this, this summer. But you're right. Which is why we need to break this shyt from the foundations. There's no reason kids from Birmingham, Atlanta, NYC, St. Louis etc shouldn't be getting shipped off to Europe because of their superior athletic talents.

Reyna been on extended vacation for 2 years and doesn’t even have a club right now. Pepe barely played during Copa.
