Well saying LSU-Bama is a rivalry centered around Saban had me like this and I was right too

Thats not true though. Saban took it up multiple levels but the reason it never felt like a rivalry was because neither was never usually good at the same time.

As far as the question at hand...

The BCS computation was just fine and we could have easily handed out the playoff spots (past and future) off that about 95% of the time, if not more with a slight adjustment.
