@Trav still in here crying like a bytch because the majority think Ohio St wins? This game can go either way imo but the best team this playoffs so far has been Ohio St. Some how people realizing that has that nikkas panties all in a bunch. We get it breh, Texas ain't true underdogs.

Per usual we reign supreme lmao @California only having 12 players :mjlol:
Part of this is due to schools from TX, PA and OH being in the playoffs. No one west of texas... #'s would be different if Oregon was in over OSU for example.

But, TX is arguably the best state for HS talent, and OH and PA are up there in the top 8 or so too. FL/GA/AL being less represented is due to no team from the southeast being there.

There still something to be said about NFL players produced per capita, which is where smaller states like LA, AL shine. GA has the most NFL players per capita.

Small parts of PA are midwest. Try telling someone from Philly they're midwest and they'll prolly spit in your face. Pittsburgh also isn't considered a midwestern city, rustbelt, yes, but not midwestern:

"While some people may consider Pittsburgh to be part of the Midwest, geographically it is not typically classified as such, and is generally considered to be part of the Mid-Atlantic region due to its location in Pennsylvania; however, there is debate on this topic, with some placing it closer to the Midwest due to its proximity to other Midwestern states like Ohio.

Key points about Pittsburgh and the Midwest:
  • Technically not Midwest:
According to most geographic classifications, Pittsburgh is not considered part of the Midwest."
