You know what? I don't blame him. I'm sick of these reporters asking these dudes that question so they can then use it against them at a later time.
"What do you mean black coaches get overlooked, even if they're more experienced and successful? We just had two of them in the playoff semis, they broke down barriers! If they can do it, then there can't be a bias against other black coaches!"
Nah. He answered just fine to me.

Penn state has been relevant and kept a 10 win season and on the cusp of getting another nc
Lsu has won 3 nc since 2007 with the most recent being 19, they there man
While we here texas was in a slump and may finally get one, but it’s been since 2005
Usc too 2003 and before that what the 80’s maybe
Meant to add that Nebraska's status is at risk, not only b/c they haven't won anything meaningful in 20 years, but if you take a look at all the blue blood programs, they're in talent rich areas, where as Nebraska has to go out of state for nearly every recruit, and like 800 miles away at that. Where as, hypothetically, even if OSU has ass coaching for 10 years straight, they'll always have a talent rich state to recruit from, same with bama, detroit PSL has the most NFL players, etc. Which allows them to bounce back MUCH easier.LSU not a blue blood, they're there as a "new blood" but to be a blue blood your need titles from multiple generations basically, along with consistent 10+ win seasons, heismans, etc.
I didn't make up the 8 schools I listed as being the blue bloods, that's a widely establish fact.
The next tier would be "new bloods" (LSU, Florida, Georgia, FSU, MIami, etc.) and or programs like PSU, Tennesee that are routinely good to great, but just not quite title contenders.

Nerbaska's last title was from THREE formats ago at this point too (BCS to 4 to 12)...Tom Osborne not walking through that door.

Fortunately for you, Bama won't have that problemThe fact that teams are going to have multiple bowl wins in a season is silly
