They are getting paid yes, some of them enough to cover the cost of things listed in that tweet. I don't think anyone is arguing against that. But no reputable school is signing an NIL deal with these kind of conditions. It's up to the agent to make sure the player is compensated enough monetary wise. And this kid don't really have the production for these kinds of demands anyway, still falling back on his 5 star high school status.

Yea situations I hear about are mostly thru "agents". They basically have to be concierge for these dudes. But all funded under that nil umbrella.
