This is a very valid point too.Double edged sword because I think the Prime affiliation also gave him a boost with traditional media.

Imagine thinking it’s about prime. It’s about people acting like Travis played wat better competition and nikkas downplaying jeanty the same way nikkas downplay camJeanty was more than deserving but the people acting like it's some grave injustice that Travis won are ridiculous. If Travis played for Bama or OSU instead of Prime, it wouldn't have been a fraction of as much complaining rn.
I don’t hate anyone either he the one who started it talking bout I should off myself lmaoThe hostility between yall is insane.
I don't hate nobody on here like this, not even the Buckeye fanboys like @smitty22
Travis didn't either...just sayin'who cares. Cam Ward couldnt lead his team to the playoff in a garbage conference
But to that point he wouldn’t have won the award at all without prime because no other coach is letting him play both sides full time or going up after every game saying he should be the heisman winnerBreh cmon. You know what I meant. If Travis won the trophy playing for Baylor it wouldn't be considered this controversial. It's purely because of the coach he's playing for.
Exactly they skip over this part. And Travis had a way easier schedule.Travis didn't either...just sayin'
IIRC, Travis did win them a game this year, early on. I forget who the other team was, but they were about to score late in the 4th and Travis made a big play within the 10 yard line, putting his helmet right on the ball, forcing a fumble.Like I think Travis is amazing but what real impact does he have on winning games? If you switched Travis and jeanty would Boise be a playoff team? Because i believe Colorado would with jeanty. So what does the heisman even really mean if it’s not about impact on your team
It's definitely about Prime breh. You can argue about debate and award snubs every year. Nabers had more receptions, yards and the same amount of TDs as MHJ, but I didn't hear a fraction of the anger with Marv winning the Biletnikoff that there has been with Travis winning that same award. Travis benefitted from the exposure of playing under Prime, but denying that he hasn't gotten an equal level of vitriol because of it is crazy.Imagine thinking it’s about prime. Last year yes this year they really didn’t tbh they were crowning him by game 2And people were downplaying Travis before he and Prime even opened their mouths about Jeanty on any podcast or show.
Straight foolishness…Like I think Travis is amazing but what real impact does he have on winning games? If you switched Travis and jeanty would Boise be a playoff team? Because i believe Colorado would with jeanty. So what does the heisman even really mean if it’s not about impact on your team
I don't remember, I thought it was one of the first 3-4 games of the season. Was that the Baylor game?
