He's 100000% winning the Heisman...If he can win best WR while not being close, and already won the Camp, the Heisman is in the bag

I still think Travis will be the best player in this draft tho. He won't go #1 b/c some scrub QB will (this QB class is :scusthov:), but he'll end up being the best player.
I don’t even think he’s the best player in the draft because the mf isn’t gonna play both ways which is his main selling point. If you draft him at corner why would you take him over Will Johnson or wr why over T mac.

@Bigwhite2498 and the UT brehs, y'all want him back next year? Or does that depend more on what happens in the playoffs?

Obviously that B1G team is Oregon, with USC and maybe Mich in the mix. But 1000000% Oregon is trying to lock him down.

$4M for 1 more year...but wouldn't he make more in the NFL?

I wouldn't be so sure. Its gotta be Donte Moore time.. right?

Or is my prediction finally coming true?

Dante ends up in East Lansing before its all said and done.

I think he’s going to the nfl. But if the feedback from the league is bad, Oregon makes a lot of sense. He’s done at Texas tho.

@jadillac what’s going on with your medical staff? Who is the culprit, team doctor, trainers, or strength coach?

Energing Details about why Nic Anderson entered the Transfer Portal

Nic Anderson’s decision to enter the transfer portal has sparked plenty of speculation, but the reasons behind his move appear rooted in a troubling history of injuries and a lack of trust in his team’s medical staff. Here’s what we know about the situation that led to this point.

Anderson’s freshman season was marred by a hamstring injury that sidelined him for the entire year. After struggling to recover under the care of Oklahoma’s team doctors, Anderson sought out a private physician. The difference was immediate—his injury healed quickly, leaving him questioning the approach taken by the team’s medical staff. That initial skepticism set the stage for what would unfold in the seasons to come.

In 2023, Anderson bounced back and put together a strong season, showcasing the potential that made him such a coveted recruit. However, the momentum came to a halt in 2024 when he suffered a quad strain during preseason activities. This is where the rift between Anderson and the medical staff deepened.

The team doctors opted against conducting an MRI, relying instead on their judgment to guide Anderson’s treatment. They eventually cleared him to return for the team’s fourth game of the season against Tennessee. It didn’t take long for disaster to strike—Anderson reinjured the same quad during the game.

Frustrated and distrustful of the team’s approach, Anderson took matters into his own hands. He sought out an MRI on his own, which revealed that the injury was more severe than initially diagnosed. This discovery eroded whatever trust remained between Anderson and the team’s medical staff. From that point forward, Anderson decided to rely exclusively on his private doctor, even traveling 30 minutes to Edmond for daily treatment.

Anderson’s experience didn’t just affect his own career—it seems to have had an impact on the locker room as well. While no names have been mentioned, reports suggest that other players on the team have started to share Anderson’s skepticism toward the medical staff. This undercurrent of distrust has created a challenging dynamic behind the scenes, with the handling of Anderson’s injuries serving as a focal point.

As Anderson enters the transfer portal, his next steps will be closely watched. His talent on the field is undeniable, but the circumstances surrounding his departure from Oklahoma highlight the complex relationship between athletes and the medical professionals tasked with keeping them healthy. Wherever he lands next, Anderson will undoubtedly be looking for a fresh start—both on the field and in the training room.

Now, all eyes are on Brent Venables to see how he handles this abismal showing from the med staff.

It's laughable (to keep from crying lol) at this point. All those WRs who were "hurt" seem to be transferring. They didn't want to but feel they were misdiagnosed. Especially Nic Anderson

But changes are supposed to be being made. Supposed to be switching to an "NFL style" medical approach going forward. Whatever that means.

A rich football program like OU should never be skimping out on MRIs. I don’t understand the reasoning behind that at all. If there is even a hint of doubt, you get the MRI. I can see how Nic’s situation could have affected the entire WR room.

That isn’t a credible tweet, but Quinn is done at Texas whatever he decides. I’d bet on him going to the NFL.

The offense hated the position coaches and Venables kept all of them and just switched out the OC. I really hope Ousucks keeps Venables for a long time.
