Bama played better competition and has better wins than SMU or Indiana. They proved they can beat a contender unlike those two.
Better wins?
Who has the worse loss?

A True Holy WarSign me up for the bolded. The Catholics vs the Methodist
Low key looking forward for IU to get blown out by Tenn or whatever SEC team they get. They've been frauds all yearLow key Army is getting screwed 11-1, conference champs and only loss to notre dame
Their resume is just as good as SMU or indiana
Indiana beat one team that will finish better than .500. Army beat 2.
I’ve felt the same way all year long, but I’m not so sure anymore. Penn State’s mid ass offense, pretty much did what they wanted to Oregon for the most part.My eyes tell me Oregon is the best team by a decent margin this year
My eyes tell me Oregon is the best team by a decent margin this year but it’s hard to believe it after seeing them lose big games for years but I think this years different especially since they’re I’d no dominant team out there they have to beat
Oregon's defense makes me feel that they could still drop a game. I think they're the best team as well, but if they catch someone on the wrong day, they could lose. PSU's offense isn't special and they still gave up 37 to them

That they're unpredictable. I'll take that over someone who has consistently shown they can't hang. What did their L’s prove then?
UGA been kinda jekyll and hyde all year too. Their qb situation is concerning. I just don't like anything about Beck...He had 2 picks called back last night, his pocket awareness isn't great, and allowed him to get rocked. Maybe he can string together a few great games and win it all...but I just don't see it. UGA would have to win despite him, not b/c of him. They'd need to rely on defense
I was leaning toward Texas vs. Oregon...but wtf was up w/ that playcalling from UT last night? Terrible in the redzone. They should've put UGA away when they had the chances. They still haven't beat a ranked team either. IDGAF about how many bowl eligible teams they've beat b/c now they'll be playing only top 12 teams here on out. I still think UT can win it all or make the title game at least.
OSU...ehhhhh...they have the talent obviously...but that cac QB doesn't instill any confidence. I still see OSU winning a game or two, especially since they'll likely have a home game.
PSU, Tenn not winning a title. Bama neither
SMU
ASU
Clemson
IU
Yea I can agree with this.Don’t get me wrong Oregon isn’t like past champions where there is almost no way they can lose. They aren’t nearly as loaded as those dominant teams
They just seem to have less flaws then the other teams
