I hope you aren't saying only 5 programs will win every title going forward. If so, who are these "5 teams"? In a given year it might be 5, but I'd argue that 5 will not be consistent across years except being B1G/SEC teams because of NIL/portal.

We have a 12 team playoff now and it'll likely get expanded at some point. With that, upsets will happen so no I'm not saying only 5 teams will win championships going forward. But I don't see any reason the top NIL teams won't stay at the top from season to season. I just don't see large scale parity happening.

That Rutgers game bought so much joy to my heart and I'm glad it did the world a favor in preventing us from having to look at that product on the field again. It's like whoever convinced Brittany Renner to take Shahada & shyt & done kept her off the podcasts for now. We needed that.

Outside of a couple of guys leaving Bama after Saban retired what proof is there that the top teams are losing quality depth pieces? Most are losing the bottom of their rosters, while also plucking talent from smaller schools.


The only dominant teams over the past few years were Bama/Georgia, they lost an advantage because everyone can play players now legally. But like I said the parity will end up being between 5 teams are so, this will not lead to major parity across college football.

When i say lose depth, i mean instead of bama getting 7 guys out Florida now it’s 3 this is effecting teams
