Why wouldn’t they jump Miami? What other than that little number in front of their name——which they have just bc they won games they’re heavily favored in—- would make people think Miami is that good?! They’ve eeked out wins vs unranked team after unranked team.

And to bolster their resume, they’re calling card to say the SEC isn’t all that and we should be placed over a top SEC team is —-wait for it—“we beat an SEC team!”. Florida. A 7-5 10th place “mid” SEC team is their crown jewel. So which is it, the SEC is overrated or the SEC is the litmus test? :wtf:

Now a 3 loss SEC team isnt equal to a 1 loss p5. But a 3 loss SEC team with 3,4 top 15 wins—-not matchups, WINS—-vs a 2 loss p5 who doesn’t even have a GAME vs a top 15 opponent and played tomato cans all year? Oh nah give me the 3 loss team. Stop rewarding that bullshyt

Argument dead off top.

Tf you mean ‘your’. Grow up. Objectively understanding the SEC has the best football team——especially after adding Texas :what: —- is not a fan take it’s a common sense take. I don’t do the whole homer bias arguments that shyt is for kids and over-emotional types
You are over emotional and it’s your because Texas doesn’t do the whole SEC SEC bs. We are our own thing. We made money and won chips before the sec and will continue to do the same in the sec. The SEC is trash outside of maybe 3 teams.

Fair points...my thing is...replace the name Alabama with the name Missouri and they're not getting that bump. The SEC bump especially helps the big brand names in the conference but means far less to the S.Cars and Mississippis.
