Only OSU, now Michigan and probably Oregon are willing to go toe to toe with Texas...others probably could but wouldn't until there's some sustained success for a while. Texas culture as a whole has always been about big money, big spending (not just athletics), where there's a little more conservative approach in the midwest.

IU probably 30 years behind in facilities for example, where other schools will be cutting edge. IU will have to balance NIL with building their football facilities up.

Winning always brings out the donors.
Well as they say everything is bigger in Texas plus football is like on the same level as god here I’m not even joking they work church around the football games. Also idk if Oregon could actually really go toe to toe with us we have one of the richest guys in the world as a booster

TYRONE GA!

This is huge for IU. I didn’t know they had money like this to be throwing around 11 million for the coaching staff is insane

these Big 10 Schools got bread. Don't get it twisted. Mark Cuban probably cut a check to make that happen.

As far as bread goes
Big 10
ACC
SEC
B12

IU has big money, they just never fully supported football b/c it's always been a bottom feeder. Kelley School of Business has multiple billionaire alumni (Mark Cuban for example).

Every Big Ten school has money and multiple billion dollar endowments, Northwestern just got $850M donated to build a new stadium...northwestern...

yup

Phil Knight worth $35B and even said he's willing to throw "unlimited" NIL at Oregon. He wants a title before he dies. I know Texas willing to do what it takes too, that's never been in question.

I know first hand how big football is in texas. I lived in Houston during covid, I was just at that $70M HS football stadium in Katy for my gf's lil sister graduation in May (Seven Lakes)

This nikka luke got the fan base on his head :laff:

Good.

In the midst of a playoff run, with the #1 offense, National Signing Day around the corner, and this fool is complaining about the wide receivers rotation because his guy isn't getting snaps, when his best position is being occupied by an All-American.

fukk him for that.

Ik I just meant Michael dell could outbid him for every recruit if we really wanted them.

Yea my little town of 7,000 bout to drop 2 million on a stadium after just dropping 850,000 to fix the other one this year lmao. Also so your girl comes from money :whoo:
