Tbh, I wasn't excited or moved by the hire. I thought Elko's fat ass was probably better than Smith, but I wanted the admin to throw some kinda stupid figure at Urban, knowing he'd only be there for 4 or 5 years, but he'd make the playoffs in by year 3. I don't blame them for wanting to maximize their earning potential and not wanting to be a part of a rebuild. I think the impatience stems from losing a couple games that were easily winnable (Boston College & Mich) and getting our asses kicked by the likes of IU. IU is good this year, but as far as their name, it's still inexcusable to get blown out by IU in football.
