Napier is a solid recruiter but he’s too much a pushover on the trail

He puts lots of effort into recruiting but can't close. I think he's a pushover on the trail because he's such a garbage in-game coach. Any recruit who watches what he puts out there doesn't want to play for that crap, especially if they want to play at the next level. Easy to recruit against such a terrible product.
