:unimpressed:
He beat 3 overrated teams early in the season before they got exposed and were still in the top 10 (LSU, Auburn, Texas A&M all finished unranked and 8-5 that year)

How did he finish that year?

Harbaugh has an extensive track record of building programs and winning at high levels: San Diego State, Stanford, and got SF a play away from winning th super bowl with an amazing athlete but flawed qb in Kaepernick.

Dan couldn't even get a job in the NFL no matter how much he begged the NY Jets, and really couldn't get a job outside of Miss State for the longest time despite showing interest in many available jobs.

Florida proved they are not a top program or a serious program when they hired him.

This where we run into that silkk brick wall, bruh, he won with some good talent in place, Dak and the other mf was built perfect for his offense, much like urban when he can’t find that perfect qb it falls to shyt, him being on fire at msu is more of perfect storm than he just was a flat out better coach, but let’s take that off the board, if he was the way the truth and the light like you say he is, then some sec team would have snatched him up, that cuck ass nikka in the booth with a sports coat, he’s the offensive version of muschamp he need to swallow his pride and be an oc

Pretty much. Although even that he needs to update his philosophy. We saw how trash his offense looked with Emory Jones, who he had in his system for like 4 years and was absolute basura.

There's a reason why Urban moved away from the concepts that he used with Mullen towards Ryan Day's type of offense...

@Drake's Tan

:sas2:

what are you talking about... i laid out the good and bad of Jim, me bytching and moaning on a message board ain’t bout to change that, i just hope he starts making in game adjustments, and frankly more programs could benefit from not switching coaches every two seconds

@No1

i have to agree with some of your points, especially the open one, I’ll interject this point, Michigan just has to decide are we about football or total academics, piff alluded to it, and I’ve said it too. Jim didn’t clip cords they went and got their opportunities, so we couldn’t keep them, and sometimes you can put folks in a position but for whatever reason it doesn’t gel ( i think of pep, his offense got Justin Herbert 30 Tds, but he could not find his groove at Michigan) harbaugh is still sending kids to the league first round on down so we are developing talent, i think missing on qbs has hurt us, and dumb luck a couple games we could have won, if the ball literally bounced another way. We have also missed on other talent, and some kids are goofy enough to think just winning is what makes the kids come to a school, i mean it helps but the elite come because they were incentivized

@Piff Perkins i can’t really defend him much, it don’t matter to me keeping or clipping him, there’s an argument to keeping him or letting him go, but realistically 8-9 is a lot of programs, and we all know what it takes to get to that next level 10-12 wins means a program fully committed to football, and the sooner Michigan realizes that the sooner we get to the next level if we are going to stick with him, i need to see some changes

Yeah.......Right

It's nothing to do but when I do all you gonna do is ignore it like you do every other time I prove you wrong about something :dead:

idk if it was Sebring or not, but Ed and Trust definitely wanted Harbaugh gone after 2020, and then again after he started flirting w/ the NFL after 2021.

They'll admit the love/hate relationship w/ Jimmy
