Pete better be on that BALCO if he wants to get paid next winter.

Kid needs to throw up like 40 bombs.
And he might if Juan Soto is always on base ahead of him.

I don't think Mark Prior had a season for the Cubs where he wasn't on one of my Fantasy teams.

I thought dude was going to be a GOAT

:to:

Yea prior was nice but injuries destroyed his career. Him and wood

I remember reading articles when the cubs had Dylan cease on the farm ,him and Justin Steele were gonna be the new prior and wood.drafted same year one round apart Steele became a #2 (cease woulda been #1) then theo dumb ass traded cease for Quintana:pacspit:

One of my roommates in College was a diehard Royals fan, but man he was Kerry Wood Stan. Which I can't give him shyt cause of how high I was on Prior even though he wasn't on my Team.

Am I crazy for thinking Pete should bat in FRONT of Soto?
Stearns played this perfectly. I would have gone 3 years or even 4, but that's why I'm not running the team. Perfect deal. Now let's get cease
I think I’d rather have King. I think he’d cost a bit less than Cease. And I KNOW I’d like to see Yankee fans cry about us getting Soto AND King in the same offseason.

They both were nasty , unfortunately injuries derailed their careers. That’s why people use to say the cubs were “cursed” they couldn’t catch a break before 2016

Prior outdeueled greg Maddox in game 3 of the ‘03 nlds

Complete game 2 hits 1 run

I was hoping Wood was going to be able to turn into a shutdown Closer the way Smoltz did for a period of time in his career. But, even that didn't happen.

Cease/King is 1 and 1a in my book. I think King might cost more cause he's more likely to sign an extension, but you can't go wrong with either

I told ya Boras was washed. He's been so since 2007

It's easy to look like a genius when your clients are Bryce Harper and Juan Soto
