Buy your way out or put it in your contract. Every contract will look different. You nice like that sign a one year deal. Not saying im 100% down with this but the portal needs some type of regulation

Right, the courts said restricting player movement is illegal. They are not employees of the schools and are students



The only way the NCAA can "fix the portal" is to make them employees and give them contracts or a collective bargaining agreement with the student-athletes, and create a CBA for college sports.

Which they refused to do because then they would one have to share revenue and two probably have to centralize the conferences so that all players are getting a fair share.
