It's not a must that the guy has to come from inside the program...in 2025 that's a hinderance tbh.
Long shots, but if I'm UNC I'm looking at Oats, Dusty May, guys like that. But I think what happened to UK last year has admins hesitant to fire someone and assume they can grab whoever they please, but it's not really like that anymore.
