We are, we have a coach who actually game plans and watches film on the other team, designs out of bounds plays and has substitution patterns based on statistical data. We went from a fat Italian screaming “GO!!!!!!!” And “RUN!!!!!!!” At 17 year old twig kids from AAU as his idea of in game coaching.
Yeah, I knew Pope was the right hire. This team has coaching, experienced players, players that have advanced far in March. It got to the point that you expected the early exit from Calipari. Both parties needed change.
