Mad respect for Duke and Scheyer for the curveballs coming into the game. I know Jon gets a ton of shyt but incorporating Evans and Sion James as much as they did feels like it threw off the scout coming into it. I think Auburn focused on eliminating Kon, did a pretty good job of making shots tough for Flagg and really wanted to not switch to avoid the reality we got in the second half (Flagg on smalls), and that led to some huge miscommunications and guys like Evans often roaming free.
I don't think it's some huge negative takeaway for it for us. I'm still very discouraged by not having a second PG any given night. Glass ceiling on the team until that gets figured out
