Pettiford is gonna be one of those dudes. You gotta see something special on the college level to really project a ~6 foot guard as a NBA guy nowadays, but there's many, many 5 stars who wouldn't have taken it on themselves to save a flailing team like he did (Aden Holloway). The crazy thing is, I thought he was gonna be a slash first scorer. The three being THAT fukking good still shocks me even now.

That three to close out this frame was probably the game breaker that really gave us Auburn fans belief we were winning this, but that 1 on 2 take in transition against fukking Jwan Roberts and LJ Cryer...JWan Roberts an all time great college defender. A freshman in his first real game. We've had more big nuts undersized scoring guards rececently (Hubbard, Dillingham come to mind). But that shyt is still special man.
