Yeah I have no clue why Bediako stayed in the draft. Probably would have gotten a better opportunity to show something offensively and solidify himself as a 2nd round guy if he went back.

He's Canadian and was a big deal coming up through high school, so he probably has an inflated view of his own worth

CJ is 6’3”

I’m sure Scoot is more athletic than CJ but I feel like we’ve seen this movie and Dame isn’t getting any younger

I’ll low-key be surprised if this is the backcourt for the Blazers on opening night

Portland can still trade Scoot. They were in a tough position and just took him to continue fielding offers imo

Yea if he played a full season like he did at the end of last year then he would've went 2nd round next season in a worse draft. And we would've been a top 5 team again if he came back so he would've got plenty of exposure.

True he was highly touted coming out of HS so I'm sure he envisioned himself going pro by his 2nd year so he wanted to stay on schedule I guess. A lot of these kids just have a bad supporting cast around them. It's a shame we won't get Bediako vs Edey in Toronto next season.

Uh...why did Amari Bailey declare for the draft THIS early?! Dude went from a 5 star recruit to a second round pick whose likely going to be nothing higher than a 2nd stringer all because he didn't have the patience to develop his talent at UCLA one more year.
