Gonzaga is done. They had the last two years to prove their model works but if youre a 5 star at this point why would you go to Gonzaga? If youre in the transfer portal and can go to Big 12/Ten/East schools and even get a bag...why go to Gonzaga? It isnt like they have any players balling in the NBA either.

Michigan made the mistake that everybody else does against Nova and that’s try to physically punish them because of their lack of size. Ed Cooley from Providence use to try this with Nate Watson and it was a dud most of the time. Nova swarms the shyt out of you in the paint.

If you ever want to beat Nova you have to pressure their guards. Creighton does this the best in the conference.

Arizona has the size so maybe they fall into that trap. I doubt it though. THey play at such a fast pace and if Krisa is healthy I think they ultimately have the guards they need to cause Nova trouble on both ends

the core of their team is the same as it was last yea routside of one player. Gonzaga has to replace 4 starters and pray that Strawther doesnt declare

Caleb killed it all Summer long, only to lay an egg for 9/10 of the season. It would be dumb for him to leave, but then again I called Jordan Poole a dumbass when he decided to leave.

He actually shot terribly in the tourney. Pretty sure he shot like 20% from 3

He had some nice moments, but it become evident quickly that there was atleast 2 or 3 wings on Canadas roster better than him

But yeah, like I said, I think he just needs to mature , get stronger, and he'll get there. He has the talent

Yeah making wide ranging assertions like that about GU is crazy to me. Nothing about this season is changing anything about how they’re viewed and they been putting blue chip type prospects in the NBA for over half a decade now. They’ll be fine
