Sorry to leave you hanging, was off-line for a min.
Muschamp and Sharkfukker were both bad HC's for Florida.
Muschamp is just a straight up bad HC. Great DC. I think his problem is he's such a defensive-minded technician that he can't really focus on the bigger picture enough to really succeed as a HC. But as a DC he is one of the best right now.
Shark fukker reminds me of Harsin, but a goofier and weirder version. I think both of them would be good coaches at a G5 school, or maybe even a smaller P5 like Washington State or Texas Tech. But they're both not good in the hot, bright spotlight of a SEC program like Florida or Auburn. They're pretty much the same identical type of coach in terms of skills, but I'd give Harsin the slight edge because at least he fukks fine ass interns instead of sharks
On the real though, I think that the argument that some people make for Mullen at Florida ("he had 1 bad year and shouldn't have gotten fired") actually works more for Shark fukker better than Mullen. Mac actually did okay his first few games when he had Will Grier. I think Grier was a bit overrated, and liked Treon better on a personal level, but I can't lie that Grier was a better fit for Mac's type of offense.
Still, despite losing Grier after 6 games, Mac was able to win 10 games in his first year (same as Mullen did) as well as the SEC East. Then in year 2, he won 9 games and the SEC East again (but one game against some easy ass team got cancelled because the LSU game got postponed and was played the week that the easy win was supposed to be played) so really you could argue that he probably would've won 10 games that year if he played all the scheduled games. Mullen won 11. Shark fukker also had to deal with Jimbo at FSU whereas Mullen had to deal with Taggart who was unable to rebuild FSU after Jimbo crashed and burned.
The main difference, again, was that in year 2 Mullen lucked into Kyle Trask, who I'd say was what Grier could've been for Mac. If Grier didn't get suspended, Mac might've been able to build momentum and could've actually been successful. That suspension really took the wind out of his sails and lost momentum of going 6-0, and then those players getting suspended before the 2017 season really threw that season out of whack. Despite that, he was putting together a pretty nice recruiting class with: Matt Corral, Kyle Pitts, and Jamar Chase. When Mac got fired, Chase flipped to LSU and dumbfukk Mullen ghosted Corral for some reason -- probably because Corral was too talented and Mullen's bytch ass wouldn't get enough credit from the media for coaching him up.
Anyway, the point about Sharkfukker is I'd actually say that he accomplished the same, if not more, than Mullen, especially considering the level of qb play he had. Mullen was only able to do shyt with Kyle Trask (who Mac recruited), but without Trask, Mullen's offenses were ass (under Franks and Emory) just like how Mac's were without Grier.
Mac is in the right place now at Central Mich (and not only because it's far from the ocean...), but it's the right stage for him. He's a mediocre coach who could do well enough at a school like that. Mullen, despite his reputation, would be bad for a school like that because of his shytty quiiter attitude. He is nothing but a human-shaped collection of cancer cells that destroy any program that he associates with. I would be surprised if he ever gets a college HC gig ever again. Maybe some dumbass NFL team might hire him as a qb coach, but that would be a bigger disaster than Urban in the NFL.
Simply put, Dan Mullen mixes Urban Meyer's toxicity with Brady Hoke's ability to win championships and Butch Jone's cringe.
